About the Collection

At Goiasa, all waste generated is segregated through selective collection. They are temporarily stored until they are collected and sent to specialized companies that treat or dispose of such waste in an environmentally correct manner.

Goiasa also has a properly licensed sanitary landfill to receive Class II waste, that is, those that cannot be recycled or any other specific type of treatment.

Thus, the company minimizes the waste generated, promotes the generation of financial resources through the sale of recyclables, and also preserves the environment in which it operates.
